Exam.d  This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of March in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Between Edward Lloyd of Talbot County
       in the Province aforesaid Esquire of the One Part and John Dagworthy of Worcester County in
       the Province aforesaid Gentleman of the other Part Whereas the said John Dagworthy by
       his Deed of Mortgage bearing Date the Twenty eighth day of September in the Year of Our
       Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and fifty four made or mentioned to be made Between
       the said John Dagworthy by the Name of John Dagworthy of Worcester County in the
       Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and Edward Lloyd by the name of
       Edward lloyd of Talbot County and province aforesaid Esquire of the other Part
       Reciting that Whereas the said John Dagworthy by his Bond or Writing Obligatory
       bearing Date the twelfth day or March in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven
       hundred and fifty four stood bound to the said Edward Lloyd in the Penal Sum
       of Two hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain Conditioned for the
       Payment of One hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain  for
       securing the Payment whereof the Said John Dagworthy did grant bargain
       Sell Alien enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Edward Lloyd and his Heirs All
       that Tract or parcel of Land called Bashon Situate lying and being
       formerly in Somerset County but now in Worcester County which said Land
       was granted to the Said John Dagworthy by Patent bearing Date the fifteenth
       day of March Seventeen hundred and fifty four with a Provisoe or Condition in the
       Same recited Mortgage contained that if the said John Dagworthy his Executors
       or Administrators should well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said Edward
       Lloyd his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid Principal sum of Money
       in the said recited Bond mentioned with Legal Interest for the same from the Date of
       the said Bond to be paid yearly and every Year as the Same should arise due together
       with the charge of drawing and recording the said Mortgage that then the said Mortgage
       and the Estate thereby made should Cease and Determine and the Lands and Premisses
       therein Mentioned become the Right and Estate of the said John Dagworthy and his
       Heirs any thing in the said Recited Mortgage contained to the contrary in any wise  
       Notwithstanding as by the same Mortgage Enrolled among the Land Records of the
       Provincial Court of Maryland to wit in Book E I N.o 12 folios 493 & 494
