       Reference being thereunto had may more fully and at Large appear      Now
       these Presents Witnesseth That the Said Edward Lloyd for and in
       consideration of the sum of One hundred and Twenty five Pounds two shillings
       sterling Money of Great Britain in full for Principal and of Interest due on
       the said Recited Mortgage to the Eighteenth day of May Seventeen hundred and
       fifty eight (being the date of the time when the said Recited Mortgage was satisfied
       and paid) and also in consideration of the Charge of Drawing and Recording
       the said recited Mortgage to me in Hand already paid by the said John Dagworthy
       the Receipt of which I do hereby acknowledge and by these Presents do for ever acquit
       exonerate and discharge the said John Dagworthy his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators Hath released and for ever Quit Claimed and by these Presents
       the said Edward Lloyd Doth for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       Release and for ever quit Claim unto the said John Dagworthy his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever All his the said Edward Lloyd's Right Title Interest Use
       Benefit Property Claim and Demand whatsoever either in Law or Equity
       of in and unto the afore^recited^said Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses with its
       Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land and
       Premisses with its Appurtenances unto the said John Dagworthy his Heirs and
       Assigns in as full and Ample Manner to all Intents and Purposes as if the
       said recited Deed of Mortgage had never been made In Witness whereof the
       said Edward Lloyd hath hereunto Set his Hand and Affixed his seal
       the day and year first above Written
       Sealed and Delivered
          in the Presence of                     Edwd Lloyd            (seal)

                   Charles Steuart

       One the Back of the aforegoing Release was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received March 19th 1760 of and from the within named John Dagworthy
       the within Mentioned Sum of One hundred and Twenty five pounds two
       shillings Sterling Money and also the Charge of Drawing and Recording
       a Mortgage from said Dagworthy to me               Edwd Lloyd
