       into Bear Creek being the beginning Tree of Abingdon and running North West
       by West Eighty Perches with the said Land then North North West One hundred and
       Twenty Perches to a bounded black Oak Still North North West three and thirty perches
       then North East by East five Degrees East One hundred twenty and Seven perches
       and running thence to the Beginning Tree aforesaid containing one hundred
       Acres more or less  To have and to hold for better for worse the said parcel of Land
       with and Singular all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said
       James Richard his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and the said Joseph Gostwick doth
       for himself his Heirs Executors or Administrators Covenant Promise grant and Agree
       with the Said James Richard his Heirs and Assigns the fore Bargained land and
       Premisses with all and Singular the Appurtenances to Warrant and Defend to the
       Said James Richard his heirs and Assigns from all manner of Persons whatsoever
       that shall or may Claim any Right Title or Interest to the Said Land or any part or
       Parcel thereof from by or under him the Said Joseph Gostwick his heirs or assigns
       or either of them And the said Joseph Gostwick doth hereby further Promise grant
       and agree to and with the said James Richard his Heirs and Assigns that the
       Said Joseph Gostwick his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and will from
       time to time and at any time hereafter at the request Cost and Charge of him
       the said James Richard his Heirs or Assigns Suffer make acknowledge and
       Execute all or any further Lawful or reasonable Act or Acts in the Law whatsoever
       for the better Assureance and Sure Conveying the aforesaid Land and
       Premisses unto the Said James Richard his heirs and assigns for ever
       In Witness whereof the said Joseph Gostwick has hereunto sett his hand and
       Affixt his Seal the day and Year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered                                          his
