             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received the Sixth day of October 1759 of M.r Alexander Fraizer the Sum of Five
       hundred and Seventy pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned
       Test  Richard Blake
          Basil Dorsey Jun.r                                                         P Bennett Chew

       On the Sixth day of October 1759 Came the within named Bennett Chew party
       to the within Deed before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and
       the Lands and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of
       within named Alexander Fraizer according to the true intent and meaning of
       the said Deed                     Acknowledged before

       Received of M.r Alexander Fraizer Eleven Shillings and Nine Pence three
       farthings Sterling for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation Fine on
       the within mentioned Lands) by Virtue of a Commission from Edward
       Lloyd Esquire his Lordships Agent and Receiver General
       Recorded 5th Feb.ry 1760                                          Rich.d Dorsey



Ex.d  This Indenture made and concluded this Twenty Seventh day of March
       in the Year One thousand Seven hundred fifty and Nine Between Joseph
       Gostwick of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one
       Part and James Richard of Baltimore County of the other Part Witnesseth
       That the said Joseph Gostwick for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty
       Pounds Currency to him in hand paid by the said James Richard before the sealing
       and Delivery of these Presents hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Aliene Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto him the said James Richard his Heirs and Assigns for ever all the Land contained
       within the following Boundaries and Courses Beginning at ^Being^ a Tract called and
       known by the Name of Adventure Lying and being on the North side of Patapsco River
       Beginning at a Bounded white Oak at the Head of Bridge Branch decending
