       running South and by East nearest by the Line of the Land called Sterlings
       Nest for Distance One hundred and eighty Perches to a bounded Locust at the
       Head of Fishing Creek being a bounded Tree of Sterlings Nest thence East
       into the Creek and with the Creek including the Marsh until you intersect
       an East Line drawn from the first bounded Tree and with the said line
       West to the first bound Tree containing and now laid out for forty acres
       of Land more or less together with all and Singular the Houses Buildings
       Yards Orchards Gardens Fences and other Improvements to the said Two
       Tracts or parcels of Land belonging or ^in^ any ways appertaining with
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Right Title
       Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the Said Bennett Chew
       of in and to the aforesaid Two Tracts of Land and Premisses To have and
       to hold the said Two Tracts of Land and all and Singular the
       Premisses with the Appurtenances herein before mentioned and intended
       to be hereby bargained and sold unto the Said Alexander Fraizer his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of him
       the said Alexander Fraizier his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no
       other use intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Bennett Chew
       for himself and his Heirs the before bargained and Sold Tracts or
       Parcels of Land and all and Singular other the Premisses with their
       and every of their Appurtenances unto him the Said Alexander
       Fraizer his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Bennett
       Chew his Heirs and Assigns and against all Persons Claiming by from
sides  or under him or them or any of them shall and will warrant and for
9     ever defend by these presents In Witness whereof the parties to these
       presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the
       Day and Year above written
       Sealed and Delivered
       the word (whereof) being first interlined
