Ex.d  This Indenture made the Sixth day of October in the Year of our Lord one
       thousand Seven hundred and fifty nine  Between Bennett Chew of the City of
       Annapolis Gentleman of the one Part and Alexander Fraizer of Calvert County
       Planter of the other Part Witnesseth That the said Bennett Chew for and in
       consideration of the sum of five hundred and Seventy Pounds Sterling Money of
       Great Britain to him in Hand paid by the said Alexander Fraizer at and before
       the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Bennett
       Chew doth hereby acknowledge and by these presents doth absolutely acquit
       exonerate and discharge the said Alexander Fraizer his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators from the said Sum and every part and Parcel thereof Hath
       bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth
       bargain Sell alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Alexander Fraizer
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever  All that Tract or Parcel of Land called
       Starlings Nest lying and being in Calvert County aforesaid containing
       five hundred and fifty acres lying on the West Side of the Main
       branch of Fishing Creek Begining at a Markt Locust standing by
       the side of the said Creek and running Northerly one hundred and five
       Perches to a marked Pock Hickory being a bounded Tree of the Land of
       Anthony Salloway and with the Said Salloway's Line running one hundred
       and forty five Perches to a marked Poplar being a Corner Tree of the Land
       of Richard Wells called Wells's Hills and with the Line of the Said Land West
       thirty Perches to a Marked Chesnutt Tree and from the Said Chesnett running
       West Two hundred Sixty and Eight Perched to a marked Oak standing by a branch
       Side and from the said Oak running South three hundred and forty five Perches
       to a marked Poplar and from the said Poplar running East to a marked red Oak
       standing in the main branch of Fishing Creek and with the said branch and Creek
       to the first Tree Containing and laid out for Five hundred and fifty Acres
       More or less  And also All that Tract or parcel of Land called Sterlings
       Chance lying and being in Calvert County aforesaid on the West Side of Fishing
       Creek  Beginning at a bounded Hickory being the boundeded Tree belonging to
       a parcel of Land ^called^ Silver Stone and a parcel of Land called Sterlings Nest thence
