       Recovery so as aforesaid had and Suffered of all that part of Two Tracts or
       parcels of Plantable Land One called Northampton and the other called
       Kettering adjoining to each other lying in Prince Georges County on the
       west side of the Western Branch of Patuxant River which is contained
       within the following lines and Boundarys to wit  Beginning at a
       small white Oak standing upon the said Western Branch it being
       the South East Corner Tree of the said Land called Northamton from
       thence Eighty perches to another great white Oak upon the brow of a hill
       by the Said Branch from thence Westerly with marked Trees till
       it comes to the Rolling Path formerly of Thomas Sprigg Junior and
       then along with the Said Path till it comes to the Rolling path
       formerly of Thomas Sprigg Senior and from thence along Annapolis
       Road towards the Eastern Branch till it comes to a branch that
       runs from the said Spriggs to Thomas Lucas's so along the said
       Branch till it comes against the Dwelling House of the said Lucas
       towards the beginning Tree of the aforesaid Tract of Land called Northampton
       being a red Oak Standing on the South Side of the said branch
       and from the said Oak to the first bounded Tree containing Two hundred
       Acres with the Appurtenances shall be and enure and shall be deemed
       and Adjudged and taken and is Meant and Intended and by the parties
       to these presents is hereby Declared to be and enure from and immediately
       after the time of Suffering the said Recovery that the said
       Benjamin Notley Pierce and his heirs shall stand and be Seized
       of all and Singular the said Two Tracts or Parcels of Land with the
       appurtenances to and for the only proper use and Behoof of the said
       Benjamin Notley Pierce and his heirs and assigns for ever and to
       and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto Set their hands
       and seals the day and year above written
