             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       December the 13th 1759  Then received of Benjamin Notley Pierce
       the sum of Five Shillings Current MOney of Maryland being the Consideration
       Money within Mentioned
       Test   Nath Magruder                                          John Peerce

       December the 13th 1759  Then came John Pierce before us the
       subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Prince Georges County
       and acknowledged the within Deed and the and the within Land and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances to be the Right of the within ^mentioned^ named
       Benjamin Notley Pearce his Heirs and Assigns for ever
             Taken and acknowledged before            Jn.o Cooke

       1759 December 15th Received of Benjamin Notley Pierce five
       Shillings and Seven pence half penny Sterling for an Alienation fine
       on the within two hundred Acres of Land by Order of the Honble
       Edward Lloyd Esquire Agent for the Right Honble the Lord Prop.ry

x.d  Maryland fs.t  Know all Men by these Presents that we John Row
       Andrew Symmer and George Gordon of Prince Georges County in the
       Province aforesaid Gentlemen are held and firmly bound unto the
       Right Honourable Frederick Lord Baron of Baltimore &c in the full
       and just Sum of Two hundred Pounds Current Money to be paid to his said
       Lordship his Heirs and Successors To the which payment well and truly to
       be made We bind ourselves and every of us Our and every of our heirs
       Executors and Administrators Jointly and Severally for the whole and in the
       whole firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated the
       twenty Ninth day of November in the Ninth Year of his Lordships Dominion
       Annoque Domini One thousand seven hundred and fifty Nine
       The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above
