       hundred acres formerly in the Possession of the aforesaid Samuel Budd but lately
       in the Possession of the aforesaid William Savory and no win the Actual Possession and
       Occupation of the aforesaid John Mercer Junior together with all Improvements and
       Advantages to the same Land belonging or in anywise Appurtaining and also the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of the
       Premisses and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever both in Law and Equity that the said Samuel Budd now hath or may
       or can ^claim^ off in and to the said Tract of Land above bargained and Sold To have
       and to hold the said hereby bargained Sold and released Land and Premisses
       and every part and Parcel thereof unto unto the same John Mercer Junior and
       to his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of the same John Mercer
       Junior and his Heirs and Assigns forever In Witness whereof the Partys to
       these presents have hereunto Interchangeably Set their hands and Seals the
       Day and Year first above written
       sealed and delivered                                                         S Budd
       In Presence of
          B Hands                  On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed Viz.t
          Th Ringgold

       Received this 21.st day of November 1759 of the within John Mercer Junior
       the within mentioned five Shillings Current Money of Maryland in full
       consideration for the within Lands Witness my hand the day and year
       above
       Test   B  Hands                                                      S Budd
          Th Ringgold


          Be it remembered that on the 21.st day of November in the year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty nine the within Samuel Budd
       and Milkah his Wife personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of
       his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court for the Province of Maryland and
       acknowledged the within Deed to be their Act and Deed and the Lands therein
