          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       November the 17th 1759  Received of George Bare the sum of Two hundred and
       forty pounds the Consideration Money within Expressed
       Testis John Darnall                                                   John Digges

          Maryland fs  November the 17th 1759  Came M.r John Digges Party to the
       within Deed before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court and Acknowledged the Lands and Premisses within
       mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named George
       Bare his heirs and assigns forever

       Use (it being the Alienation fine on the within mentioned Land) by
       Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esquire his Lordships Agent
       and Receiver General

Ex.d  This Indenture made the twenty first day of November in the year of
       our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty Nine Between Samuel Budd of
       Kent County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the One part and
       John Mercer Junior of Cecil County in the Province aforesaid Gentleman and
       Nephew and Heir at Law of William Savory late of Baltimore County
       Deceased of the other part Witnesseth that the said Samuel Budd for and
       in consideration of the sum of five shillings Current Money of Maryland to him
       in hand paid the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and for divers
       other good causes and considerations him the same Samuel thereunto moving
       hath Granted Bargained and Sold Aliened released quiet Claimed and Confirmed
       and by these presents doth Grant Bargain and Sell Alien release quit
       Claim and Confirm unto the said John Mercer Junior and to his heirs and
       assigns forever  All that Tract or parcel of Land called Whiske Alias Danbey
       or Danbigh lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid containing seven
