       Stutsman his Heirs and Assigns to his and their own proper Use &
       Behoof forever And the said John Digges for himself his Heirs and
       Assigns doth covenant and grant to and with the said Jacob Stutsman
       his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Jacob Stutsman his Heirs
       and Assigns shall and may at all Times hereafter peaceably have
       hold occupy ^possess^ and enjoy all and singular the said Land and Premisses
       above mentioned with the Appurtenances without the Lett Suit
       Trouble Interruption or Denial of him the said John Digges or his
       assigns or other Person or Persons claiming by from or under him
       them or any of them and free and discharged of all former and other
       Gifts Grants Bargains Sails or any other Matter or Thing whatsoever
       had made or suffered to alter or change the Property thereof
       the Rents and Services which now are or hereafter shall become
       due and payable to the Chief Lord of the fee of whom the Premises
       are holden under only excepted and foreprized In Witness whereof
       the said John Digges hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal
       the Day and Year above

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed Viz.t

       Nov.r the 17.th 1759  Received from Jacob Stutsman Party to the
       within Deed fifty five Pounds the Consideration Money within
       expressed                                                John Digges
       Testis         John Darnall

       Maryland fs.t  November the 17.th 1759 Came M.r John Digges
       Party to the within Deed and acknowledged the Lands and Prems
       within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named
       Jacob Stutsman his Heirs and Assigns forever before me one
sides  of his Lordship's Justices of the Provincial Court

       half Penny Sterling for his Lordship's use (it being the alienation
       Fine on the within mentioned Land) by Virtue of a commission from
