       On the Back of the aforegoing Bond was thus endorsed viz.t
      
       Nov.r the 24.th 1759
                                           Then appeared James Piner and Joseph Hopkins
       before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for
       Kent County and made Oath that they saw the within Bedingfield
       Hands ^Esq.r^ Simon Wilmer and John Bordley Esq.rs sign seal and deliver
       the within Bond and at the same Time subscribed their respective
       names thereto as Witnesses            Jn.o Williamson

Ex.d  This Indenture made the seventeenth Day of November
       in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred fifty and nine Between
       John Digges of Baltimore County and in the Province of Maryland Gent.n
       of the one Part and Jacob Stutsman of the County and Province aforesaid
       of the other Part Witnesseth ^that^ the said John Digges for and in consideration
       of the Sum of fifty five Pound to him in Hand paid by the said Jacob
       Stutsman before the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents wherewith
       the said John Digges doth acknowledge himself to be fully content
       hath given granted bargained sold and confirmed and by these Presents
       doth give grant bargain sell and confirm unto the said Jacob
       Stutsman all that Parcel of Land being Part of a Tract of Land called
       Digge's Choice laying in the County afores.d and beginning at the end
       of the twenty seven Perches on the third Line of Stephen Ullery's Land
       and running thence South sixty Degrees East one hundred and twenty
       two Perches South thirty Degrees West forty eight Perches North
       fifty six Degrees West fifty Perches South eighty two Degrees West
       ninety three Perches North six Degrees West fifty four Perches thence
       with a straight Line to the Beginning containing fifty five Acres of
       Land with the Rights Members and Appurtenances thereof and also
       all the Right Title Claim or Demand of the said John Digges of in
       and to all and singular the Premisses the Premisses above mentioned
       with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the aforesaid fifty
       five Acres of Land with the Appurtenances unto the said Jacob
