Ex.d  This Indenture made the Seventeenth day of November in the Year of
       our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and fifty nine Between John Digges
       Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and
       George Shrier and Nicholas Bitterner Executors and Administrators of the last
       Will and Testament of Frederick Sheets lately Deceased of the Same County
       Witnesseth that the said John Digges for and in consideration of the sum of
       sixty pounds Current Money to him in hand paid before the insealing and
       Delivery of these Presents wherewith the said John Digges doth acknowledge himself
       to be full content hath given granted bargained sold and confirmed and by these
       presents doth give grant Bargain Sell and Confirm unto the said George Shrier
       and Nicholas Bittener all that Parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land
       called Digges's Choice Beginning at a bounded White Oak being the Beginning
       of Frederick Sheets's former purchase and running thence North thirty seven
       Degrees East Two hundred and fifty seven perches then West fifteen Perches
       then south fifty Eight Degrees West One hundred and Ninety perches then by
       a Direct line to the Beginning Containing Sixty three Acres of Land with
       all the appurtenances thereof and also all the right Title Claim or Demand of the said
       John Digges of in and to all and Singular the Premisses above mentioned with all
       the Appurtenances  To have and to hold the aforesaid Sixty three Acres of Land
       with the Appurtenances unto the said George Shrier and Nicholas Bittener
       their Heirs and Assigns to their own proper use and Behoof for ever and the
       said John Digges for himself his Heirs and Assigns doth covenant and grant to
       and with the said George Shrier and Nicholas Bittener their Heirs and Assigns
       shall and May at all Times hereafter Peaceably have hold occupy possess and
       enjoy all and Singular the said Land and premisses above Mentioned with
       all the appurtenances without the litt Suit trouble interuption or deniall
       of him the said John Digges his Heirs or Assigns or other person or persons
       claiming by from or under him them or any of them and freed and Discharged
       of all former and other Gifts grants Bargains Sails or any other Matter or
       thing whatsoever had made or suffered to alter or change the property thereof
