       Pearches unto Love Point and bounding on the West by the said Bay of
       Chesapeak by a Line drawn South South west from the said point for the Length
       of three hundred and Sixty perches unto a marked Oak on the South with a Line
       drawn East and by south unto Love Point Creek on the East with the said Creek
       on the North with the Said Bay containing four hundred Acres which said Tract
       or parcel of Land now is or late was in the Tenure and Occupation of them the
       said Patrick Hamilton and Anna his Wife and of which said Land a Recovery
       hath heretofore been Suffered in the Provincial Court of Maryland aforesaid and
       the uses therein ^declared^ to the said Patrick Hamilton and his Heirs and Assigns forever
       And all Buildings Edifices fencing Waters Improvements and Advantages
       thereto belonging or appertaining and the Reversion and reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel
       thereof and all the Estate right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and
       Demand both in Law and Equity whatsoever of him the said Patrick Hamilton
       and his Heirs and Assigns of in to or out of the said hereby granted bargained
       and Sold Land and Premisses and every part and parcel thereof To have and to
       hold the same hereby granted bargained and Sold Land Chattels and
       Premisses with the appurtenances unto the said Beale Bordley his Heirs
       and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Beale Bordley
       his Heirs and Assigns forever  And the Said Patrick Hamilton doth also for
       the consideration aforesaid and for the further Securing the said Beale
       Bordley his Heirs Executors and Administrators as aforesaid bargain Sell
       Assign Transfer release and confirm unto the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and
       Assigns a certain Deed or Deeds of Mortgage of the sid Land and Premisses
       heretofore made to a certain James Hutchings and Benjamin Kirby and any
       other person or persons and all Estate Right Title Interest use trust Advantage
       Property Equity of Redemption Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law
       ^and Equity^ of him the said Patrick Hamilton and his Heirs and Assigns of in to or out
       of the said Deed or Deeds and aforementioned Mortgaged Lands and Premisses with
       the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof  To have and to hold the
       same to the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns to and for the
