       only proper use and Behoof of the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns
       Provided always and these Presents are upon this condition that if the said        
       Patrick Hamilton and John Flanegan or either of them shall will and do from
       Time to Time and at all Times hereafter save defend keep harmless and endemnify the said  
       Beale Bordley his Heirs Executors and Administrators and his Lands Tenements Goods
       and Chattels and also the Estate aforesaid of the said Matthias Bordley of from and
       against all Debts duties Dues Losses Damages Claims Demands Actions Suits Costs
       Charges Judgments Executions and Expences that are or hereafter shall or may be brought
       commenced prosecuted happen or accrue of to against or upon the said Beale Bordley
       or his ^Heirs^ Executors or Administrators or the Lands Tenements Goods Chattels or Estate of
       the said Beale Bordley or Matthias Bordley for or in respect or ^by reason or^ on account of the said
       Partnership or Cargo against all and every person and Persons whatsoever then this  
       present Indenture to be Void or else to be and remain in full power force and
       Virtue In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their Hands and Seals the day and year first above written
