       said Patrick Hamilton and John Flanegan for the consideration of one hundred Pounds
       Current Money to them by the said Beale Bordley already in hand paid or secured to be paid
       shall release and discharge the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       and the Lands Tenements Goods Chattels and Estates of the said Beale Bordley
       and Matthias Bordley and their Heirs Executors and Administrators and indemnify save
       Harmless and Secure him and them and his and their Lands Tenements Goods Chattels
       and Estates aforesaid of from and against all Debts dues Duties Losses damages Claims
       Demands Actions Suits Costs Charges Judgments Executions and Expences that now
       are or hereafter shall or may be brought commenced prosecuted made happen or accrue
       of to against or upon the said Beale Bordley or his Heirs Executors or Administrators or the
       Lands Tenements Goods Chattels or Estate of the said Beale Bordley or Matthias Bordley
       aforesaid for or in respect or by reason or on account of the said partnership or cargo
       And that the said Beale Bordley shall release and discharge them the said Patrick
       Hamilton and John Flanegan and their Heirs Executors and Administrators of and
       from all Profits Advantages Claims and Demands for or in respect or on account
       of the said Partnership or Cargo and Whereas the said Patrick Hamilton together
       with the said John Flanegan and certain the Reverend John Hamilton and James
       Harrison have entered into Bond of even date herewith to the said Beale Bordley with
       condition to the purport aforesaid as by the said Bond may more fully appear Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Patrick ^Hamilton^ for and towards the further
       and better Securing endemnifying and saving harmless the said Beale Bordley
       and his Heirs Executors and Administrators and the said Estates of him and them
       and of the said Matthias Bordley as aforesaid and also in consideration of five
       Shillings Current Money to the said Patrick Hamilton by the said Beale Bordley
       in Hand already paid the receipt whereof he doth acknowledge hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents he the
       said Patrick Hamilton doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and
       confirm unto the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs and Assigns All that Tract
       or Parcel of Land lying and being in Queen Ann's County aforesaid on the Northermost
       End of the said Island of Kent Beginning at the Mouth of a Creek called love
       point Creek and running North North East by the Bay for the Length of two hundred
