       Virtue of the said Conveyance Actually entered into and became Seized and
       Possessed afterwards of the said fifth part or Share and thereafter passed to each other
       Mutual Bonds or Obligations Conditioned for making a Division or Partition of the
       said fifth part or Share and every thing thereunto belonging between themselves
       in order and for the purpose that no Right of Accretion or Survivorship might
       take place between them and whereas in Pursuance of the said Bonds or
       Obligations conditioned as aforesaid the Said Walter Dulany by Indenture
       bearing even date with these Presents hath Conveyed and Assured to the
       said Daniel Dulany all his the Said Walter Dulany's undivided Moiety
       or half part of the fifth part or share aforesaid in the said Iron Works in
       fee Simple as by the said Indenture acknowledged and recorded among the Land
       Records of the Provincial Court referance being thereunto had may more fully
       appear which said Indenture was Executed to the Intent and purpose that
       the Legal Right in the said whole fifth part or share in the said Iron Works
       and all things thereto belonging might be vested in the said Daniel Dulany
       in order that by the Operation Vigor and Effect of the recited Indenture
       and also these Presents a partion or Division might result take place
       and be Effectuated and all Right of Accretion or Survivorship be
       prevented or destroyed    Between the said Daniel Dulany and Walter
       Dulany Parties to these Presents in respect of their Interest Part
       or share in the said Iron Works both real and Personal Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that the said Daniel Dulany for and in
       Consideration of the Premisses and of the sum of five shillings sterling
       to him the said Daniel Dulany in hand paid by the said Walter
       Dulany at or before the Ensealing of these presents the receipt whereof
       is hereby acknowledged hath given granted Bargained and Sold released
       and Confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain and sell
       release and confirm unto the said Walter Dulany one Moiety or full
       half part of all his right and Interest both at Law and in Equity in and to
       the said Iron Works and of all things real and Personal ^and^ mixt thereunto
       belonging or deemed or reputed to be thereunto belonging and also
