       all their Appurtenances belonging or taken or reputed to belong to the said
       Company or the Persons known by the name or Designation of the Baltimore
       Company To have and to hold all and Singular and every the Premisses
       with their appurtenances unto him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever to and for his and their proper Use and Behoof only In Witness
       whereof the said Walter Dulany hath hereunto affixed his hand and seal the
       Day and Year above Written

       Dulany acknowledged the within Deed according to the Directions and

Ex.d  This Indenture made this 26th day of November in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty Nine Between Daniel Dulany
       of Annapolis Barrister at Law on the one Part and Walter Dulany of
       Annapolis Gentleman on the other part   Whereas the Honourable Daniel
       Dulany Esq.r deceased was Seized and Possessed of one fifth part or share of an Iron
       Works called the Baltimore Iron Works and whereas the Said Daniel Dulany
       in his Lifetime Conveyed his Said fifth part or share and every thing thereunto
       belonging to his sons Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany Parties to these
       Presents by Indenture for and in consideration of the Natural Love and
       Affection of his the said Daniel Dulany Deced to his said Sons and also of their
       securing to be paid to their Brother Dennis Dulany the Sum of Seven hundred and
       fifty pounds Sterling And whereas the said Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany in
