       one Moiety or full half Part of all things real Personal and Mixt conveyed
       and assured as aforesaid by the said recited Indenture by the said Walter
       Dulany to the said Daniel Dulany To have and to hold the said Moiety
       or full half part to the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       to and for his and their proper use and Behoof only and the said Daniel
       Dulany Doth for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       covenant grant and agree to and with the said Walter Dulany his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Daniel Dulany his
       Heirs Executors ^& Adm.rs^ will at all times hereafter at the reasonable request
       and at the proper cost and charge of him the said Walter Dulany his Heirs
       Executors or Adm.rs do perform and Execute any Act or Acts Deed or Assurance
       for Securing and Assuring one Moiety or ^full^ half part of the Premisses to him
       or them according to the true Intent and Meaning of the above recited
       Bonds or Obligations r the Agreemet for Partition above recited and
       the said Walter Dulany on his part doth also covenant grant and
       agree for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators to and with the
       said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Executors and Administrators that he the said
       Walter Dulany his Heirs Executors and Administrators will at all times
       hereafter at the Reasonable request and at the proper cost and charge of him
       the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs Executors or Administrators do perform
       and Execute any Act or Acts Deed or Assurance for securing and assuring
       One Moiety or full half part of the Premisses to him or them according
       to the true Intent and Meaning of the above recited Bonds or
       Obligations and the Agreement for Partition above recited In Witness
       whereof the said Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany have respectively
       hereunto affixed their Hands and Seals the day and year abovesaid
       Sealed and Delivered
