       Parties to the with Deed before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships the
       Lord Proprietary his Justices of the Peace for Frederick Coun & freely acknowledged
       the within Deed and Lands therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the
       within mentioned James Beall his Heirs and Assigns forever at the same
       appeared Jane the Wife to the said Archibald Beall and Ann the Wife of the said
       Allen Beall and made the same acknowledgement to the said Deed and being
       privately examined out of the hearing of their Said Husbands declared that
       they made the said acknowledgement freely and willingly without being
       induced thereto by fear or threats of or Ill usage from their said Husbands
       or fear of their Displeasure         Taken and acknowledged before us the Day

Ex.d  To all to whome these Presents shall come Richard Bennett
       of Queen Anns County Esq.r Sendeth Greeting Know Ye that Whereas
       Daniell Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r and Henrietta Maria his Wife by
       Deed of Bargain and Sale duly Executed Acknowledged and Recorded have
       Sold and Conveyed unto the said Richard Bennett his Heirs and Assigns
       or that Moiety of S.t Augustin Mannour in Cæcil County whereof
       Philemon Lloyd late of Queen Anns County Esq.r Deceased Father of the
       said Henrietta Maria Died Seized  And whereof the said Daniell
       Dulany and the said Henrietta Maria in her right were actually
       seised and Possessed att the Time of Recording the said Deed which Deed
       the said Richard Bennett doth by these Presents declare was made and
       executed in trust only to the Intent and Purpose that he the said
       Richard Bennett and his heirs and all others claiming or having his
       Estate in the Premisses should stand and be seised thereof to the use
       and Behoof of the said Daniell Dulany and Henrietta Maria his
       wife during their Lives and the Life of the Survivor of them without Impeachment
       of or for any Wast and with Liberty to commit any Manner of Wast
       And after the Death of the said Daniell Dulany and Henrietta Maria his
       Wife and the Survivor of them to the use of Lloyd Dulany son of the said Daniell
       Dulany and Henrietta Maria and the Heirs of his Body And in Default
       of such Heirs to Philemon Lloyd Chew and the Heirs of his Body  And in
