       Default of such Heirs then to Bennett Chew and the Heirs of his Body
       And in Default of such Heirs to Henrietta Maria Dorsey Wife of Edward
       Dorsey Gentleman Margaret Chew and Mary Chew which said Philemon Lloyd
       Chew and Bennett Chew are sons and the said Henrietta Maria Dorsey Margaret
       Chew and Mary Chew are Daughters of the said Henrietta Maria Dulany and
       their Heirs for ever always reserving a Power of Revocation to the said Daniell
       Dulany and Henrietta Maria his Wife and the said Henrietta Maria with
       or without the approbation of the said Daniel Dulany her Husband to alter
       or change the said uses and to limitt and direct any other uses to any of her
       children either born or to be born  And the said Richard Bennett for
       himself and his Heirs doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Daniell
       Dulany and Henrietta Maria his Wife and their Heirs to execute any Deed
       or Deeds for the Purposes aforesaid of the Said Land and Premisses In Witness
       whereof the said Richard Bennett hath hereunto sett his Hand and seale
       this Nineteenth day of November Anno Domini One thousand seven
       hundred and forty eight

       One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One Between William Joseph
       Heir at Law to William Joseph late of S.t Maries County Gentleman
       Deceased of one Part and Charles Carroll Esquire of the City of Annapolis
       Heir at Law of Charles Carroll Esquire late of the said city of the other
       Part  Witnesseth That whereas William Joseph Deceased by his Deed bearing
       Date the fifteenth Day of August Sixteen hundred & Ninety four convey'd
       to Charles Carroll Esquire Deceased all That Tract or Parcel of Land called
       the Forrest of Joseph lying in Dorchester County on the East side of Chesepeake
       Bay & on the West side of Nanticoke River in the Forrest and
       Whereas the said Deed was neither acknowledged or Recorded in time
