       half Degrees East fifty Six perches then south sixty five Degrees west
       forty perches then south Seventeen Degrees West One hundred and ten perches
       then south Eighty Degrees West fifty Six perches then with a Streight Line to the
       Beginning containg and now laid out for twenty Acres of Land more or less
       To have and to hold the s.d Lands and Premisses with the appurtenances
       thereunto belonging to the said James Beall his Heirs and Assigns in
       Severalty and to their own proper Use and Behoof forever and they the
       said Alex.r Beall Robert Beall Arch.d Beall Allen Beall Tho.s Beall
       & Nath.l Crafford & Rachel his Wife for themselves and their heirs for the
       consideration aforesaid Hath remised released & for ever quit claim & by these   
       Presents doth Remise Release and forever quit Claim unto the said
       James Beall his Heirs and Assigns All the Estate Right Title Interest
       and Demand whatsoever which they the Said Alex.r Beall Robert Beall
       Arch.d Beall Allen Beall Thomas Beall & Nathaniel Crafford and Rachel
       his Wife now hath or which at any Time hereafter may have in and to
       the s.d Lands and Premisses and will Warrant and for ever defend the
       aforesaid Lands and Premisses unto the said James Beall his Heirs and
       Assigns forever from all person or Persons whatsoever claiming by
       from or under them  In Witness whereof they have hereunto Sett
       their hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Date above written
