       before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt
       whereof the said Ruth Williams doth hereby acknowledge
       and of and from every Part and Parcel thereof doth fully and
       absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Benjamin
       Williams his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns she
       the said Ruth Williams hath Granted Bargained Sold
       Aliened Infeoffed and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth
       Grant Bargain Sell Alien Infeoff and Confirm to the said Benjamin  
       Williams his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that parcel or Tract
       of Land called and known by the Name of Middle Jenifer lying
       and being in Baltimore County in the Province aforesaid with
       the appurtenances thereunto belonging Beginning at a Bounded
       Chesnutt Tree of the Land called Chadwells Outlett and running
       East by South twenty eight Perches then East North East sixty
       eight Perches then North forty perches to a Bounded White Gum
       then North and by East fifty six Perches to a Bounded Red Oak by
       Sinieer Creek then North East and by East forty Perches to a Markt
       red Oak by the said Creek then South East and by South sixty four
       Perches to a Bounded Chesnutt Tree then South and by West eighty
       four Perches to another Bounded Chesnutt Tree then West eighty
       eight perches to a Bounded oak then South West one hundred
       and twenty Perches to a Bounded Oak by Middle River then with
       a straight Line to the first Bounded oak containing and laid out
       for ninety seven Acres of Land more or less with all and singular
       the Premisses with their Appurtenances to the same belonging
       or in any Wise Appertaining to be the Right and Property of him
       the said Benjamin Williams his Heirs and Assigns for ever and
       all and singular the Houses Gardens Woods Waters Ways and
       Underways and Improvements on the said Land with all the
       Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any Ways appertaining
       To have and to hold the aforesaid Parcel or Tract of Land called Middle
       Jenifer aforesaid containing ninety seven acres more or less with the
       Premisses and appurtenances to the said Benjamin Williams his
       Heirs and Assigns And that the said Ruth Williams for herself her
