       one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within named Mary
       Woodward and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to

       to be Bargained and sold to be the Right and Estate of the within
       named Henrietta Maria Dulany her Heirs and Assigns forever
       according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Deed and
       the Act of Assembly in such case made and Provided

       one thousand seven hundred sixty and one Between Ruth
       Williams Widow of the one part and Benjamin Williams both of

       consideration of the sum of thirty seven pounds ten shilling
       Current Money of the Province of Maryland to her in hand paid
