397) Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Benjamin Williams his Heirs and Assigns that she the said Ruth Williams the aforesaid Bargained Land and Premisses with the appurtenances to the said Benjamin Williams his Heirs and assigns against her the said Ruth Williams and her Heirs (Excepting the said Benjamin Williams who is son to the aforesaid Ruth Williams) and from and against all Manner of Persons claiming by from or under her or them or their Heirs (Excepting as before Excepted) shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend And the said Ruth Williams for herself and the rest of her Heirs doth Covenant and Agree for the better Surety or further sure making the said Land and Premisses to execute any further Deed or Deeds as by the said Benjamin Williams his Heirs and Assigns or his or their council learned in the Law shall reasonably Advise Devise or require In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand Seal the day and Year above written her Signed Sealed and Delivered Ruth R Williams in the Presence of Mark Henry Hall J.no Ijams On the Back of which Deed of Bargain and Sale was thus Endorsed viz.t December 1.st 1761 Then received thirty seven pounds ten shillings being the consideration within mentioned her Henry Hall Ruth R Williams John Ijams Mark Annarundel County December 1.st 1761 Then came Ruth Williams party to the within Deed before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the county aforesaid and acknowledged the Land and Premisses that is within mentioned to be Right Estate an Inheritance of Benjamin Williams the other Party thereto according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly Henry Hall J.no Ijams |
