       in the actual occupation of George         Tenant of the said Henry
       Woodward with the appurtenances to the said Lotts (Except such
       Parts thereof as are before Excepted) belonging or appertaining at
       which Vendue the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker was (at the request
       and in Trust for and to and for the use of her the said Henrietta Maria
       Dulany (testified by his ^being^ party to and Sealing and executing these
       Presents) the highest Bidder ^at^ and for the sum of eight hundred and
       ten pounds Sterling Money  Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the said Mary Woodward by Virtue and in Pursuance and
       Execution of the Testament and last Will aforesaid and in consideration
       of the said Sum of eight hundred and ten pounds Sterling Money
       aforesaid to her in hand paid by the said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt
       whereof she doth hereby acknowledge Hath (by and with the Advice ^and Consent^ of
       the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker testified as aforesaid) Granted Bargained
       Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed And by these Presents doth Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Release and Confirm unto the aforesaid
       Henrietta Maria Dulany her Heirs and Assigns for ever all those
       before mentioned two Lotts of Ground (Except such Parts thereof as
       were Leased to the aforesaid james Chalmers and Robert Condon as
       aforesaid) together with all ^Houses^ Buildings Gardens Ways Waters
       Easements Profits Commodities Advantages and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said two Lotts of Ground and each and either of
       them (Except as before Excepted) belonging or in any wise appertaining
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents  
       Issues and Profits of the said two Lotts of Ground (Except as before
       Excepted) and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of the aforesaid Henry Woodward
       and his Heirs and all the Estate Right Title Dower and Claim or
       Right or Title of Dower of her the said Mary Woodward of into or
       out of the said two Lotts of Ground (Except as before Excepted) and
       Premisses with the appurtenances To have and to hold the said
       two Lotts of Ground (Except as before Excepted) and Premisses with the
       appurtenances to her the said Henrietta Maria Dulany her Heirs
       and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of her the said
       Henrietta Maria Dulany her Heirs and Assigns for ever  In
