       shall and will upon the reasonable request of the aforesaid Samuel
       Chew his Heirs or Assigns convey assure make over and confirm
       in due Form of Law unto the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever all the Estate Right Title and Interest which he the
       said Philemon Lloyd Chew and his Heirs now hath or may have of
       or to all and every the aforesaid Houses Plantations and Tracts and
       Parcels of Land herein before mentioned which were as aforesaid
       Devised to him the said Philemon Lloyd Chew by the aforesaid
       Samuel Chew Deceased Father of the said Philemon Provided
       Nevertheless and it is hereby agreed and concluded on by and Between
       the said Parties to these Presents That if the said Henrietta Maria
       Dulany should happen to die and Depart this Life before the crops
       of Corn Tobacco Wheat and other Grain that may then be begun
       and not finished secured and placed in the Houses thereon and the
       Tobacco prized that then and in such case the said Philemon
       Lloyd Chew his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall have
       full and free Liberty and Authority for him and themselves his
       and their Overseers Servants and Slaves peaceably and quietly to  
       remain and continue to live and dwell on the same Plantations
       and in the Houses thereon until the same crops shall and may be
       fully compleated finished and secured in the Houses on the same
       Plantations and the Tobacco Prized and shall have full and free
       Liberty and Authority to Till Tend Occupy and Plough the same
       Lands and Plantations for the making compleating and
       finishing the same crops and also shall have full and
       convenient Time after the same crops shall be so made Secured
       Prized and Finished and every way compleated to carry away
       and Transport the same crops so made which said crops so made
       shall be the sole and absolute Property of the said Philemon Lloyd
       Chew his Heirs or Assigns the conveyance of the same Lands to be
       made by the said Philemon Lloyd Chew and his Heirs to the said
       Samuel Chew his Heirs or Assigns as aforesaid or any Covenant
       Clause Matter or Thing herein before to the contrary thereof Notwithstanding
       standing Provided always and it is expressly agreed and concluded
