       Plantations thereon be begun and not finished and secured in the
       houses and the Tobacco Prizes that then and in such case the
       Executors Administrators or Assigns of the said Henrietta Maria
       Dulany shall have full and free Liberty and Authority for
       themselves their Overseers Servants and Slaves to make and finish
       the same Crops so begun and to Till Tend Occupy and Plough the
       same Lands and Plantations for the making compleating and
       finishing the same Crops And that the Overseers Servants and
       Slaves who at the Time of the Death of the said Henrietta Maria
       Dulany shall or may be settled on the said Plantations Lands
       and Premisses for the making finishing and compleating the
       Crops that shall then by begun shall and may freely quietly
       and Peaceably Remain Continue and live on the Plantations
       on the same Tracts of Land and in the Houses thereon as they
       used and accustomed to do in the Life Time of the said Henrietta
       Maria Dulany until the same crops shall be fully compleated
       Houses and finished in the same Manner as was usual to do
       Finish Prize and Compleat the Crops made thereon and also
       shall have full and convenient Time after the same Crops shall
       be so made finished secured Prized and every way compleated
       to carry away and Transport the same Crops to made which said crops
       so made shall be part of the Personal Estate of the said Henrietta
       Maria Dulany and shall be so taken and esteemed any thing
       herein contained to the contrary thereof notwithstanding and the
       aforesaid Philemon Lloyd Chew for himself his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators doth hereby Covenant Grant and Agree to and with
       the said Henrietta Maria Dulany her Heirs and Assigns by these
       Presents That he the said Philemon Lloyd Chew and his Heirs
       imediately after the Decease of the aforesaid Henrietta Maria   
       Dulany upon the said Philemon Lloyd Chew his Heirs or Assigns
       being Possessed of the aforesaid two Tracts of Land called Lloyds
       Insula and the Purchase which together are commonly called
       and known by the Name of the Island or Lloyds Island in Wye
       River according to the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents
       and being thereof seized of an Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple
