       by and Between the Partys to these Presents and the true Intent and
       Meaning of the Partys to these Presents is and is hereby Declared
       to be that it shall and may be lawful to and for the said
       Henrietta Maria Dulany at any Time during her natural Life
       at her Will and Pleasure to Grant Sell and Convey all and every
       the aforesaid hereby Granted Tracts and Parcels of Land called
       Lloyds Insula and the purchase which are now both together as
       aforesaid commonly called or known by the Name of the Island
       or Lloyds Island in Wye River and also the two parcels of Land
       lying in Talbot County aforesaid one containing one hundred and
       nine acres being Part of Woolmans Hermitage or Woolmans
       Heretage The other containing two hundred and six acres being
       Part of Woolmans Inheritance or any Part thereof or by any Deed
       or Writing under her Hand and Seal or by her last Will in Writing
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of three or more
       Witnesses to alter Revoke Repeal or make void all every or any
       the Use and Uses Estate and Estates Trusts and Limitations herein
       before mentioned and recited of the same several Tracts and
       parcels of Land and Premisses or any Part or Parcel thereof and to
       Declare Limit and appoint such other use or uses Estate or Estates
       of and in the same Lands and Premisses or any Part or Parcel
       thereof as to her the said Henrietta Maria Dulany shall seem
       Meet and from thenceforth the Estates before hereby Limitted and so
       revoked shall cease and be utterly void and that the said Henrietta
       Maria Dulany shall and may dispose of the same Lands and
       Premisses and every or any Part or Parcel thereof to such other
       Person or Persons and such other uses as she the said Henrietta
       Maria Dulany shall think fit any thing herein before mentioned
       to the contrary in any Wise notwithstanding In Witness whereof
       the Partys aforesaid to these Presents have hereto set their Hands
       and Seals the day and year ^first^ aforesaid
