389) House and Plantation over the Creek being Part of a Tract of Land called Carter Bennets containing by estimation four hundred and fifty acres and those Tracts of Land adjacent thereto called the oblong and part of another Tract called Hunts Mount also a Tract of Land lying in Calvert County called Pappin Jay containing by estimation five hundred and forty acres also the Moiety or half Part of that Tract of Land which was Surveyed for the aforesaid Samuel Chew Father of the said Philemon Lloyd Chew for five thousand acres formerly lying in Prince Georges County called Chews Farm as by the said last Will and Testament of the same Samuel Chew may fully appear And Provided also that the aforesaid Philemon Lloyd Chew and his Heirs do and shall after the Death of the aforesaid Henrietta Maria Dulany and after that he the said Philemon Lloyd Chew or his Heirs or Assigns or any of them shall be possessed by Virtue of these Presents of the af.d two Tracts of Land the one called Lloyds Insula and the other the Purchase both which Tracts together are commonly called and known ^as afd^ by the Name of the Island or Lloyds Island in Wye River and shall be seized of an Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple of and in the same Tracts of Land upon the reasonably request of the said Samuel Chew (Brother of the said Philemon Lloyd Chew) his Heirs or Assigns Convey ^Assure^ and Confirm in due Form of Law unto the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and Assigns for ever all the Estate Right Title and Interest which he the said Philemon Lloyd Chew now hath or which he and his Heirs may have of in or to are herein before mentioned named and recited Provided also and it is expressly agreed and concluded on by and Between the said Partys to these Presents and the true Intent and Meaning of the said Parties to these Presents ^is^ and is hereby declared to be That if the aforesaid Henrietta Maria Dulany shall happen to die and Depart this Life before the Crops of Corn Tobacco Wheat and other Grain that may then on the af.d Tracts of Land which together are called or known by the Name of the Island or Lloyds Island in Wye River and |
