       their appurtenances  To have and to hold the af.d several Tracts
       and Parcels of Land and Premisses with their appurtenances and
       every Part thereof to the said Edward Lloyd Esq.r his Heirs and Assigns
       to the uses Intents and Purposes hereafter mentioned and Declared
       and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever That is to say to
       and for the use and Behoof of the said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       for and during her natural Life without any  Impeachment of or
       for or any Wast and with Liberty to commit Wast and from and
       from and after the Decease of the said Henrietta Maria Dulany
       then to the use and Behoof of the af.d Philemon Lloyd Chew son
       of the aforesaid Henrietta Maria Dulany and his Heirs and
       Assigns to his and their sole and proper uses for ever ^Provided^ Nevertheless
       and upon condition as to the afs.d Tracts of Land called Lloyds
       Insula and the af.d other Tract of Land called the Purchase which
       both together and commonly called or known as before mentioned
       by the Name of the Island or Lloyds Island in Wye River that the
       af.d Philemon Lloyd Chew and his Heirs do and shall within one
       year after the Decease of the aforesaid Henrietta Maria Dulany
       and after he the said Philemon Lloyd Chew his Heirs or Assigns
       or any of them shall by Force and Virtue of these Presents be
       Possessed of the af.d two Tracts or Parcels of Land the one called
       Lloyds Insula and the other called the Purchase and which
       together are as aforesaid commonly called or known by the
       Name of the Island or Lloyds Island in Wye River and be thereof
       seized of an Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple by Virtue of
       these Presents Permit and Suffer the aforesaid Samuel Chew
       Brother of him the said Philemon Lloyd Chew his Heirs and
       Assigns to enter into and to have hold Possess and Enjoy as in his
       and their own proper Right and Estate all and every the Houses
       Plantations Tracts and Parcels of Land hereafter mentioned
       which were given and Devised to him the said Philemon Lloyd
       Chew by Samuel Chew late of Annarundel County Deceased
       Father of the said Philemon Lloyd Chew in and by the last Will
       and Testament of him the said Samuel Chew That is to say The
