       Daniel Dulany and me the said Henrietta Maria for and during his
       Natural Life and after his Decease to the Heirs of his Body to be lawfully
       begotten and for want and Default of such Heirs then to Henrietta Maria
       Dorsey Wife of Edward Dorsey of Annapolis and Daughter of me the said
       Henrietta Maria Dulany and to Margaret and Mary Chew two
       other Daughters of me the said Henrietta Maria Dulany and the
       survivors or survivor of them and their Heirs Provided that such of the
       said Philemon Lloyd Chew Bennett Chew Lloyd Dulany and Richard
       Dulany as should Possess ^and enjoy^ the said Lands and Premisses with the
       appurtenances by virtue of the same indenture and should have
       lawfull issue should within one year of the Birth of his first Child
       well and truly pay unto the said Henrietta Maria Dorsey if then
       living and in case of her Death to any Child or Children of the said
       Henrietta Maria as should be then living the sum of two hundred
       pounds sterling to be equally Divided amongst such Children if there
       should be more than one and if but one Child then to such Child
       and that it shall and may be lawful to and for the said Henrietta
       Maria if living or to any Child or Children of the sid Henrietta Maria
       that shall be then living to enter into the Premisses or any Part
       thereof and to raise and Levy the said two hundred pounds sterling  
       by Distress and Sale of any Goods or Chattles which all be found on
       the said Premisses And Whereas ^there was^ and now is contained in the said
       Indenture bearing Date the af.d twenty third day of May in Year
       seventeen hundred and forty eight a provisoe in these Words
       following Provided always and it is further Declared and Agreed by
       and Between the said Partys by these Presents for them and their
       Heirs and it was the true Intent and Meaning of the said Deed
       of Bargain and Sale herein beforementioned and recited that it
       shall and may be lawful for the said Daniel Dulany and
       Henrietta Maria his Wife during their joint Lives or for the said
       Henrietta Maria with or without the consent or approbation of the
       said Daniel Dulany her Husband during his Life or for the said
       Henrietta Maria in case she shall survive the said Daniel Dulany
       her Husband at the Will and Pleasure of the said Daniel Dulany and
       Henrietta Maria his Wife or at the Will and Pleasure of the said
