       Henrietta Maria During the Life of the said Daniel Dulany
       with or without his consent or approbation Notwithstanding
       her coverture or at any Time after the Decease of the said Daniel
       Daniel Dulany by any Writing or Writings whatsoever to be
       signed and sealed by the said Daniel Dulany and Henrietta
       Maria his Wife or by her the said Henrietta Maria with or
       without the consent or approbation of the said Daniel Dulany
       her Husband or after his Decease in the presence of two or more
       competent witnesses to revoke alter or change all or any of the
       uses herein before mentioned And to direct and appoint the
       Lands and Premisses hereinbefore mentioned or any of them to
       such Child or Children of the said Henrietta Maria now living
       in such Manner and Form as the said Daniel Dulany and
       Henrietta Maria his Wife or the said Henrietta with or without
       the consent or approbation of the said Daniel Dulany her Husband
       or after his Decease shall direct Declare and appoint and
       the said Richard Bennet by the said Indenture for himself &
       his Heirs and Assigns did further Grant Covenant and Agree to
       and with the said the said Daniel Dulany and me the said
       Henrietta Maria his Wife and their several and respective Heirs
       of the said Daniel Dulany and me the said Henrietta Maria
       that he the said Richard Bennet and his Heirs or assigns and
       every other Person or Persons who shall or may have or claim
       any Right Title Claim or Demand from by or under him the said
       Richard Bennett of in or to the premisses or any Part thereof
       shall always stand and be seized to the use of such Person or
       Persons and their Heirs or to such ^other^ uses and Purposes as shall be
       Declared Limited and Appointed by the said Daniel Dulany
       and me the said Henrietta Maria or by ^me^ the said Henrietta
       Maria with or with^out^ the consent or approbation of the said Daniel
       Dulany notwithstanding my then coverture or by me the said
       Henrietta Maria after the Death of the said Daniel Dulany as
       by the same Deed it may fully appear  Now Know Ye that by
