       and ^for and^ in consideration of five Shillings Current Money by the said
       Daniel Dulany in hand paid to the said Richard Bennett and for
       diverse other good causes and considerations him the said Richard
       Bennett thereunto moving did Covenant Grant and Agree to and
       with the said Daniel Dulany and me the said Henrietta Maria
       and the Heirs and Assigns of the said Daniel Dulany and me the
       said Henrietta Maria that he the said Richard Bennett his Heirs
       and Assigns and every other Person or Persons having or claiming
       or who may have or claim any Estate Right Title or Interest by
       from or under him the said Richard Bennett should and would
       from thenceforth for ever thereafter stand and be seized of the
       several Tracts or Parcels of Land aforesaid with their and every
       of their appurtenances and all other the Premisses to the several
       Uses Intents and Purposes and upon and under the Conditions
       Provisoes and Limitations thereafter in the said Recited Indenture
       made the af.d twenty third day of May in the Year Seventeen
       hundred and forty eight Limited Expressed and Declared That is to
       say for and to the use and Behoof of the said Daniel Dulany and
       me the said Henrietta Maria for and during the Natural Lives
       of the said Daniel Dulany and of me the said Henrietta Maria
       and the Life of the Survivor of the said Daniel Dulany and me the
       said Henrietta Maria without any Impeachment of or for any
       Waste and with Liberty to commit waste and from and after my
       Decease and the Decease of the said Daniel Dulany then to the use
       and Behoofe of Philemon Lloyd Chew Son of me the said Henrietta
       Maria for and during his natural Life and from and after his Death
       then to the Heirs of the Body of the said Philemon lawfully to be
       begotten and for want and Default of such Heirs then to Bennett Chew
       one other Son of me the said Henrietta Maria for and during his
       Natural Life and after his Decease to the Heirs of his Body lawfully
       to be begotten and for want and Default of such Heirs then to Lloyd
       Dulany Son of the aforesaid Daniel Dulany and me the said Henrietta
       Maria for and during his Natural Life and after his Decease to the Heirs
       of his Body lawfully ^to be^ begotten and for want and ^in^ Default of such Heirs
       then to the use and Behoofe of Richard Dulany one other son of the said
