       Seventeen hundred and Sixty one  Between Henry Wright Crabb of
       Frederick County Gentleman & Richard Snowden of Ann Arundel County
       Iron Master of the one Part & Ephraim Howard of Ann Arundel County
       Gentleman of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said Henry Wright
       Crabb and Richard Snowden for and in Consideration of one hundred
       and ten pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to them paid the
       Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge  Have given Granted
       Bargained & sold and by these Presents Do give grant bargain and
       sell unto the Said Ephraim Howard his Heirs and Assigns forever
       all their Right Title Interest & Property of in & to all that Tract of
       Land called Lapland lying in Frederick County  Beginning at
       the end of the first Line of a Tract of Land called Ritch Hill and Running
       thence North forty Nine Degrees West Ten Perches South forty five Degrees
       West Two hundred & forty one Perches South twenty four Degrees East
       One hundred and twenty Six Perches South forty Perches south
       Sixteen Degrees West forty Perches south thirty five Degrees West one hundred
