       Charles Carroll Barrister his Heirs and Assigns  To have and to hold one
       undivided tenth Part thereof to the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns
       And To have and to hold the remaining undivided tenth Part thereof to him the
       said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns   To the only proper use and Behoofe
       of them the said Charles Carroll Esquire Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll son of
       Daniel Charles Carroll Barrister Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany their
       Heirs and Assigns in undivided Parts as aforesaid as Tenants in Common and
       to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said John Lacon
       Israel doth hereby covenant that they the said Charles Carroll Esquire Benjamin
       Tasker Charles Carroll son of Daniel Charles Carroll Barrister Daniel Dulany
       and Walter Dulany their Heirs and Assigns for ever shall and may have hold
       and enjoy the same Premisses in common as aforesaid against ^him^ the said
       John Lacon Israel or any Person or Persons of from by or under him
       claiming  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day
       and Year first above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered
       in the Presence of Us                        John Lecon Israel
             John Bruno                                                                        (seal)
             Francis Fairbrother            John Lecon Israel his Mark

                At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit

       Received the Day and year within mentioned of the within named
       Charles Carroll Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll son of Daniel Charles
       Carroll Barrister Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany the Sum of five
       shillings Current Money of Maryland being the full Consideration Money
       within mentioned
       Test John Bruno                                    John Lecon Israel
          Francis Fairbrother                     John Lacon Israel his mark


       On the 17th Day of September Came before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named John Lacon
       Israel and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the
       Land and Premisses within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the
       within named Charles Carroll Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll son of
