       bounded as follows  Beginning at the end of the first Line of a Tract
       of Land called Fellowship and running thence North Seventy three Degrees west
       thirty Seven Perches then South Ten Degrees East forty nine Perches then
       south thirty six Degrees West one hundred and Twenty Perches then south
       fifty Degrees East Sixty seven Perches then North thirty three Degrees
       East One hundred and Twenty Nine Perches thence with a Streight Line
       to the Beginning containing forty nine acres more or less together with
       all Edifices Improvements Woods underwoods Timber Trees Ways Waters water
       courses Easments Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and
       appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract of Land and every part and
       Parcel thereof belonging or in any ways appertaining and the reversion
       and Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues
       and Profits of the said Tract of Land and of every part and Parcel thereof
       and all the Estate right Title Interest use Trust Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Hugh Tomlinson of in to or
       out of the said Tract of Land and every part and Parcel thereof with the
       rights members and appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract
       of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances to them the said David Ross
       James White and Zachariah White their Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to or
       for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said Hugh Tomlinson
       for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators doth hereby Covenant
       and Grant to and with the said the said David Ross James White &
       Zachariah White their Heirs and Assigns that the said Hugh Tomlinson
       and his Heirs the said Tract of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances
       unto them the said David Ross James White and Zachariah White
       their Heirs and Assigns from and against him the said Hugh Tomlinson
       and his Heirs and all and every Person or Persons claiming
       or to claim by from or under him them or any of them shall and will warrant
       and forever defend by these presents  In Witness whereof the Partys to
       these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed
       their Seals the Day and Year above mentioned
