(307) x.d This Indenture made this sixth day of December 1760 between Benjamin Tasker of the City of Annapolis Esq.r of the one part & Jacob Gunn of S.t Geo County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Benjamin Tasker for and in consideration of the yearly Rents hereafter Reversed doth demise grant & to farm Lett all that part or parcel of Land lying & being in Prince Georges Cot.y being part of Enfield Chase Beginning at the begining Tree of Bell Air & Runing thence south fifty perches then West one hundred & twenty Perches then south four Degrees east eighty perches then south thirty three Degrees east fifty two perches then North thirty two three quarters east five perches then south east one hundred eighty six perches then North two hundred & nineteen perches then with a streight line to the first Begining all mines of Gold Silver or Copper excepted to have and to hold the Demised Premisses to the said Jacob Green his Exr.s Adm.rs and Assigns for & during the full Term of ninety nine years to commence from the date hereof fully to be Compleat & Ended Yielding & paying yearly and every year during the said term to said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs & Executors or Assigns at his Dwelling House the sum of ten pounds ten shillings sterling Provided always that it shall not be Lawful for the said Jacob Green his Executors or Administrators to demise Let or Assign the Premisses or any part thereof without the Licence & Consent of the said Benjamin Tasker under his Hand and Seal being first had and obtained which Licence shall be in these terms following that is to say that besides the rent reserved the said Jacob Green his Ex.rs & Adm.rs shall well & truly pay the sum of ten pounds ten shil.s ster for every such Licence to assign over as af.d which said sum shall likewise be judged by every assignee And the s.d Benjamin Tasker dos Covenant Promise Grant & agree to & with the said Jacob Green his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assigns that he the said Benj.a Tasker will at any time before the Expiration of the Term of ninety nine years at the Request & Cost of the said Jacob Green his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns at or upon their payment of the sum of ten (pounds) |
