       pounds ten shillings ster as af.d to the said Benjamin Tasker
       or to his Heirs at one Intire Payment for & in the name of a fine
       make and execute a new lease to the said Jacob Green his Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or Assigns for the af.d Part ^Parcell^ of Ground & premisses mentioned
       to be hereby leased for the Term of Ninety Nine years w.ch s.d lease
       so to be made as af.d shall commence from the Determination of the s.d
       Recited Term of Ninety Nine years hereby leased or shall be made
       at & under the same Rents & with the Like Conditions Covenants
       & Agreements and reservations of Rents as in these presents are
       contained Provided always that it shall not be lawfull for the s.d
       Jacob Green his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to comit any waste or sell of
       any Timber growing on the said Lands or destroy more thereof than
       shall be necessary for the Building & Improving thereof or for
       clearing Ground for Tillage or other necessary uses for the premisses
       and provided always that if the rent hereby reserved shall be behind
       & unpassed by the space of thirty Days after the expiration of any
       one year or if the said Jacob Green his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns shall
       comit any Wast or sale of Timber contrary to the tenor of these
       presents or shall assign or set over the Premisses without licence
       first had & obtained as af.d that then and from thence forth these
       Presents shall cease determin & be void and the said Benjamin
       Tasker his Hr.s &c.a shall and may Reenter and have & Enjoy
       the s.d Demised Premisses as of his former estate any thing in
       these presents to the contrary notwithstanding  In Witness whereof
       the parties to these Presents have interchangeably set their
       Hands & seals the Day & year first above Written
