       or Parcel of Land lying and being in Kent County called Bennetts Bridge
       the Said whole Tract containing four hundred and Eighty four Acres of
       Land more or Less And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said undivided Moiety or half
       Part of a Tract or Parcel of Land aforesaid and of every Part and Parcel
       thereof with the appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use
       Trust Property Possession Claim and Demand whatsoever of her the said Mary
       Chew of in to or out of the aforesaid Moiety or half Part of the Tract or Parcel of Land
       aforesaid and Premisses and Appurtenances To have and to hold the said
       undivided Moiety or half Part of the Tract or Parcel of Land aforesaid and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances to them the said Beale Bordley and Margaret
       his Wife for their Natural lives and to the Survivor of them and after their
       Decease to the Heirs of the said Margaret for ever To the only proper use
       and Behoof of them the Said Beale Bordley and Margaret his Wife
       for their Natural Lives and to the Survivor of them and after their
       Decease to the use and Behoof of the Heirs of the said Margaret for ever
       and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Mary
       ^Chew^ for herself her Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant
       and grant to and with the said Beale Bordley and Margaret his Wife
       and the Heirs of her the said Margaret That she the said Mary Chew and
       her Heirs the said Granted bargained and Sold Land and Premisses with
       the Appurtenances from and against her the said Mary Chew and her
       Heirs and all persons whatsoever claiming under her or them to him
       the said Beale Bordley and Margaret his Wife for their Natural Lives and
       to the Survivor of them and after their Decease to the Heirs of the said
       Margaret shall and will Warrant and Defend In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands
       and affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written
