       be and enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure that
       the said Edward Dorsey and every other person that shall be seized of the said parcel
       of Land and Premisses or any Part thereof and every Part and Parcel thereof with their and
       every of their appurtenances to the only use and behoof of the said John Dorsey son of
       Caleb his Heirs and Assigns and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In

Ex.d  This Indenture ^made^ this Twenty Second Day of September in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty Nine Between Mary Chew of the City of
       Annapolis Spinster of the One Part and Beale Bordley of Baltimore County
       Gentleman and Margaret his Wife of the other Part Witnesseth That the
       said Mary Chew for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred Pounds
       Current Money of Maryland to her in Hand paid by the said Beale Bordley
       and Margaret his Wife at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       the Receipt whereof she doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and
       of and from every part and Parcel thereof doth release acquit exonerate and discharge
       the said Beale Bordley and Margaret his Wife by these presents She
       the said Mary Chew Hath given Granted bargained Sold aliened released
       and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien
       release and confirm unto them the said Beale Bordley and Margaret his Wife
       All that her the said Mary Chews undivided Moiety or half part of a Tract
