(295) by and contained within the following Lines to wit Beginning at the end of One hundred and Ten perches on the fourth Line of the Original Tract of Land called Pork Hall of which the Said Tract of Land called the five Daughters is a Part and running from thence North Eighteen Degrees East fifty Seven Perches then North forty eight Degrees East three hundred and two Perches then south sixty eight Degrees East thirty and six perches then south forty Degrees East one hundred and Sixty perches then south twenty five Degrees West one hundred and forty five Perches then North eighty eight Degrees West three hundred and eighteen Perches to the aforesaid place of Beginning containing and now laid out for three hundred and Seventy five Acres of Land more or less Together with all Houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Trees Woods Underwoods profits Commodities Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever in the same Part of the said Tract of Land being or to the same in any Wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses and every Part and parcel thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Richard Tilghman Earle of in and unto the afd Premisses and every part thereof To have and to hold the said part of the said Tract of Land called the five Daughters and Premisses hereby bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended to be bargained and sold and every Part and Parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto them the said Edward Tilghman and Juliana his Wife and the Heirs and Assigns of her the said Juliana to the only proper Use and Behoof of them the said Edward Tilghman and Juliana his Wife and the Heirs and Assigns of her the said Juliana for ever and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Richard Tilghman Earle for himself and his heirs the said part of the said Tract of Land called the five Daughters and Premisses and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Edward Tilghman and Juliana his Wife and the Heirs and Assigns of the said Juliana against him the said Richard Tilghman Earle and his Heirs and all Persons claiming or to claim by from or under him them or any of them shall and will (Warrant) |
