       Warrant and for ever defend  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year
       first above written
       The word "East" between the thirteenth and            R.d T Earle   (seale)
       fourteenth Lines from the Top first interlined
       Signed Sealed and delivered
       In the Presence of Us
          Ja.s Tilghman 3.d               On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was
          Rich.d Skinner                   thus Written Viz.t

          Received on the Day and Year first within Written from the within
       named Edward Tilghman and Juliana his Wife the Sum of five shillings
       Sterling being the consideration within mentioned to be by them paid to
       Witness
                      Ja.s Tilghman 3.d                           R.d T Earle
                            Rich.d Skinner

                               On the thirteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord
       Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty one came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within named
       Richard Tilghman Earle and did acknowledge the within Instrument of
       Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein
       mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named Edward
       Tilghman and Juliana his Wife and the Heirs and Assigns of the said
       Juliana forever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the said
       Deed and the Act of Assembly in such case made and Provided  And
       on the same Day and Year Ann the Wife of the said Richard
       Tilghman Earle being by me privately examined ^apart and^ out of the Hearing
       of Her said Husband did acknowledge the within bargained and sold
       or mentioned or intended to be bargained and sold Land and Premisses
       to be the right and Estate of the within named Edward Tilghman
