       South Eighty Six Degrees West forty four perches thence North Seventy Nine
       Degrees West one hundred and Ninety Seven perches to the Original Line
       of the said Tract of Land called Majors Choice then with the said line south
       three Degrees thirty Minutes East one hundred and Seven Perches to
       a bounded red Oak being the last bounded tree of the said Majors Choice
       then with the given Line of the said Majors Choice South forty Nine
       Degrees thirty Minutes East forty eight perches thence North Seventy one
       Degrees East two hundred and Seventy Pearches across the said Majors
       Choice to intersect the second Line of the said Majors Choice then with the
       Said Line to the first beginning containing one hundred and fifty Acres of
       Land more or less with the appurtenances by such name or names
       Quantity or Quantities Quality or Qualities Content or Number of Acres as shall
       be thought fit and requisite unto which said Writ or Writs the said John Dorsey
       Son of Caleb shall appear in proper Persons and Vouch to warranty John
       Dorsey Son of Edward who shall appear gratis upon the Voucher and shall
       enter into Warranty and shall further Vouch to Warranty Henry Dorsey
       who shall also appear gratis upon the Voucher and shall enter into Warranty
       and Vouch over to Warranty the Common Voucher and the Common Vouchee
       shall appear and Imparle and afterwards make Default whereby one or
       more Recovery or Recoveries Judgment or Judgments may be had and
       given for the said Edward Dorsey for Recovery of the said Parcel of
       Land and Premisses against the said John Dorsey son of Caleb and for
       the said John Dorsey son of Caleb to recover over in Value against the said
       John Dorsey Son of Edward and for the said John Dorsey son of Edward to
       Recover over in Value against the Common Vouchee according to the
       Form of Common Recoveries in Such Cases used  And it is further covenanted
       granted and agreed by and between the said Parties to these Presents and the
       true Intent and Meaning of the Parties to these Presents is That from and immediately
       after the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be had and prosecuted as aforesaid
       of the said Parcel of Land and Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall
