       Premisses or any Part thereof by Force or Virtue of the said Common Recovery or  
       Recoveries shall stand and be seized thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof
       with their and every of their appurtenances to the only Use and Behoof of the said

Ex.d  This Indenture Tripartite made this first day of
       August in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty nine
       Between Edward Dorsey of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the first
       Part John Dorsey son of Caleb of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the second
       Part John Dorsey son of Edward of Ann Arudel County Gentleman of the third
       Part and Henry Dorsey of Ann Arundel County ^Gentleman^ of the fourth Part Witnesseth
       that it is Covenanted concluded and Agreed between the Parties to these
       Presents That it shall and may be Lawful to and for the Said Edward
       Dorsey before the first day of the next Provincial Court to prosecute out of
       the High Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin
       en le post against the said John Dorsey son of Caleb returnable to the next
       Provincial Court whereby the said Edward Dorsey shall and may demand
       against the said John Dorsey Son of Caleb All that parcel of Land being part
       of a Tract of Land called Majors Choice lying and being on Elk Ridge in
       Ann Arundel County aforesaid Beginning at two bounded Hickorys standing
       by an old Stump which was the third bounded Tree of the said Tract of Land
       called Majors Choice and running thence North West by North twenty five
       Perches then south Seventy one Degrees West fifty Eight Perches thence
