       Members and Appurtenances unto the Said William Steuart his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever To the Intent and purpose that the said William Steuart
       may be and become perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of the
       said Premisses that a common Recovery may be had and perfected against him
       in such manner as is herein after mentioned and for that purpose it is hereby
       covenanted and agreed by and between all the said parties to these Presents
       that before the End of the next Provincial Court one or more Writ or Writs of
       Entry Sur Disseisin en le post shall be brought and prosecuted at the proper
       costs and charges of him the said Robert Alexander in the name of him
       the said John Brice as Plaintiff or Demandant therein against the said
       William Steuart as Tenant or Defendant of and for the aforesaid Tracts or
       Parcels of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances by such Name or
       Names Quantity or Quality Number or Content of Acres or other certainties
       and Descriptions as shall be Apt and Convenient in that behalf to which
       Writ or Writs the Said William Steuart shall appear gratis in his proper
       person and Shall Vouch to Warrant the Premisses the said Robert Alexander
       who shall likewise appear in his proper Person and shall Vouch to Warrant
       the Common Vouchee and Such further and other Proceedings shall be
       therein had so that one or More good and Perfect common Recovery
       or Recoveries with Double Voucher shall or may be had perfected
       and executed in all things according to the usual forms of common
       Recoveries with Double Voucher for Assurance of Lands in such cases used
       and accustomed  And it is hereby declared and Agreed by and between all the
       said Parties to these Presents that from and after the Suffering and perfecting
       the said Recovery or Recoveries as well as these Presents and the Assurance
       hereby made as also the common recovery and recoverys so as aforesaid or in
       any other manner to be Suffered and perfected shall be and Enure and
       shall be adjudged construed deemed and taken and are and were
       Mentioned and intended and hereby Declared to be and Enure to the
       Recoverer or Recoverers in the said Recovery or Recoverys named or to
       be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be
