       Seized of the Tracts or Parcels of Land aforesaid and Premisses and every Part
       thereof to and for the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Robert Alexander
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set
       their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above written

                   On the Back of the aforegoing Release was thus written Viz.t

       Received the Day and Year within Mentioned of and from the within
       named William Steuart the Sum of ten Shillings Sterling being the            £   10
       consideration mentioned to be by him paid to me

       15.th April 1761  Then Came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court the within named Robert Alexander Party to the within
       Deed and did acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and
       Deed and that the within granted Lands and Premisses were the right and
       Estate of the said William Steuart also Party thereto his Heirs and Assigns to and
       for the Uses within mentioned
