(275) at the Exterior Bounds of a Tract of Land formerly belonging to a certain Nicholas Painter being the first Tree of the aforementioned One hundred and Sixty eight Acres of Land thence up the Natural Courses of the fresh run two hundred and Eighty eight Perches thence North West two hundred and forty Perches thence down Southerly parralel with the Natural Courses of the said run and on the West Side thereof Two hundred and Eighty eight Perches thence to the first beginning containing four hundred and thirty two Acres of Land and all that other Peice Parcel or Part of the aforesaid Tract of Land called Belconnel beginning at a Bounded Chesnut Tree Standing on the East Side of the East Branch of Elk River by the Mouth of a small cove at six perches below the Mouth of Cow Run thence running by a Line East One hundred and Sixty Perches to a Corner marked White Oak thence by a Line running North Seventy Degrees West three hundred and three Perches to a corner marked Post thence by a Line running West untill it intersects the said East Branch of Elk River thence from the said Intersection down the said East Branch traversing the several Natural Courses thereof to the first mentioned bounded Chesnut containing four hundred Acres of Land and also all that Peice Parcel or Part of a Tract of Land being the Westermost part of a Tract of Land called the Rich Neck lying on Bohemia River and containing one hundred and thirty Acres of Land or by whatsoever other Names or Descriptions the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land have been since called or known all Scituate lying and being in Cecil County together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges and Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Several Tracts or Parcels of Land or any or either of them belonging or in any wise appurtaining the reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and of every Part thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Robert Alexander of in or to the said Premisses with the appurtenances or any part thereof To have and to hold the Said Tracts or Parcels of Land and every of them and all and Singular the Premisses with their and every of their Rights (Members) |
