       Seven hundred and fifty nine for and in consideration of the Sum of forty Seven
       Pounds thirteen Shillings and Ten pence Current Money did grant Bargain sell
       Alien and Confirm unto him the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       All that Tract and Parcel of Land called Miles Pleasure adjoining to a Tract called
       Girls Portion whereon he now lives containing by estimation One hundred and
       Sixty two Acres more or less being formerly part of Two Tracts but since resurveyed
       Lying and being in Frederick County together with all the Houses Buildings
       Orchards Pastures Meadows and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in
       any ways appurtaining and also the reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents and issues ^services^ of the said Land and Premisses and every
       Part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and
       Demand whatsoever of him the said Joseph Miles of in and to the said
       Premisses and every Part and Parcel thereof with the appurtenances
       abovementioned with a Condition or Proviso in the said Deed to be void upon
       Payment of the said Sum of Forty Seven Pounds thirteen Shillings and ten
       Pence Current Money with Legal Interest for the same at a certain day and
       Time in the said Deed Mentioned (Relation being thereunto had more fully
       and at Large may appear  Now this Indenture Witnesseth that
       the said David Ross for and in consideration of the payment of the said sum
       of Forty Seven Pounds thirteen Shillings and ten Pence Current Money with Legal
       Interest for the same by the said Joseph Miles the Receipt whereof is hereby
       acknowledged and by divers other good causes and considerations him
       thereunto moving hath remised released and for ever quit claim unto
       him the said Joseph Miles his Heirs and Assigns for ever and by these
       Presents doth remise release and for ever Quit Claim unto him the said  
       Joseph Miles his Heirs and Assigns for ever all the Right Title Interest
       Property Claim and Demand whatsoever whether in Law or Equity of him
       the Said David Ross of in and to the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land called
       Miles Pleasure adjoining to a Tract of Land called Girls Portion containing
       One hundred and Sixty two Acres Acres more or less with all the Houses
       Buildings Orchards Pastures Meadows and Appurtenances to the Same
