(270) belonging or in any ways appurtaining and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders rents and Services of the said Land and Premisses and every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Joseph Miles of in and to the said Premisses and every part and Parcel thereof with the appurtenances abovementioned To have and to Hold the said Tract or parcel of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances to him the Said Joseph Miles his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Joseph Miles his Heirs and Assigns forever any thing in the aforerecited Deed of Mortgage to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding In Witness whereof the said parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of David Ross (seal) Reverdy Ghiselin W.m Ireland Jun.r On the Back of the aforegoing release of Mortgage was thus written David Ross party to the within Deed came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Joseph Miles according to the intent and meaning of the said Deed Acknowledged this 20th day of April 1761 Before Geo Steuart Received the 20th day of April 1761 of the within mentioned Joseph Miles the Consideration Money within mentioned Test Reverdy Ghiselin p David Ross 7 sides W.m Ireland Jun.r Recorded 20th April 1761 |
